I cannot recommend TeoTours MX more highly. We wanted to see the Mexican pyramids on a holiday and everyone else was booked. I contacted them and they had a driver available for a very reasonable price. Our driver Fernando was awesome and very friendly and courteous. It saved our vacation! Give them a try - you won’t regret it!

Had a wonderful experience. Our driver (Ignacio) arrived exactly on time, communication during booking and at the time of the experience was very responsive and accommodating. Our guide for the architectural tour (Ruben) was a former history teacher and explained everything thoroughly. It was very well coordinated even though there were several different components and transfers. I would highly recommend.

The TeoTours Tetihuacan Pyramids Tour was terrific. The van was clean and picked us up at our hotel on time. Our guide met us at a restaurant near the ruins and showed us around for almost 3 hours. The site was impressive and our guide's insight made the town come to life. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the ruins themselves and the history of the area. We enjoyed the stop at the craft spot and lunch (which was late at 4pm) was very good. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic day in Teotihuacan!!
We were picked up at our hotel in MCDX promptly, had an amazing hot air balloon with Captain Francisco who took us so close to the ruins. Followed by an amazing breakfast at Ruben’s and wife and what a guided tour Ruben gave us. His knowledge and passion were a pleasure to share for the 2 hours he toured us around the Teotihuacan ruins and showed us some gems! Highly recommended

TeoTours are the real deal, extremely informative and professional. They were very accomidating in picking us up at our hotel. The hot air balloon ride over the pyramids were the highlight of our trip for sure. Our guide was incredible in letting us know many amazing things about Teotihuacan culture and the design of the "apartments."
We will certainly come back to Mexico someday and book another tour! It felt a lot more customizable compared to other options.

Amazing excursion! We came during a low tourist season, so we unknowingly ended up with a private tour. The breakfast included was delicious, and the staff at every stop were fantastic. These guides are knowledgeable and excited! Cannot miss!

One of the best experiences truly. The driver ignacio picked us up right on time. We went to the hot air balloon location. Had coffee and some treats. We met our guide, Ruben, there who was very nice. He informed us when our balloon was ready. Everything was super organised. The ride was phenomenal. Truly. Then we went had breakfast in La Gruta, which was so beautiful. Breakfast in a cave!!! Followed by such a thorough and detailed tour of Teotihuacan. It was so informative and fun! Ruben was 10/10.

The entire tour was personalised for us and I would highly recommend. They coordinated over WhatsApp from day 1 and accommodated English for us as well.
