We will travel to the hidden community of Tolantongo, which means “place of warmth.” The small community of locals has come together to provide a relaxing place to escape everyday life and experience their hot springs. It is a beautiful place that feels like paradise. It is located about 200 kms (125 miles) north of Mexico City in the state of Hidalgo. Here we will discover the relaxing “pocitos” pools, the soothing turquoise river, and the charming caves.
