We have balloons with capacity for 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 people, the assigned balloon will depend on the reservation logistics of the day, the type of experience and number of places you have booked (shared or private flight).
If you book the option with transportation, we will pick you up at approximately 5:15 am (depending on the location of your accommodation) and if you wish to arrive on your own to our meeting point in Teotihuacán, the appointment will be at 5:50 am.
We recommend checking availability at least 8 hours in advance because all our experiences are subject to availability, so that we can respond to you and organize your experience.
We recommend that you wear comfortable and warm clothing, which you can leave in the lockers located in our facilities. When boarding the balloon, wear light clothing and we suggest wearing sunglasses and a cap or hat, due to the heat given off by the burners.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We suggest the use of sunscreen, sunglasses and a cap or hat.
As long as your accommodation is within our service area, we will pick you up there. Otherwise, we will meet at an agreed meeting point. Accommodations in the areas of Condesa, Roma Norte, Polanco, Reforma and Centro Historico are included.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your reservation and request a refund within the first 24 hours after making the reservation, provided that, at the time of booking, there were more than 48 hours before the start of the experience.
All cancellations and refunds will be subject to an administrative fee, corresponding to the deduction of commissions and charges incurred for payment processing, currency conversion, and/or fund transfers.
After this 24-hour period, the reservation is considered confirmed and non-refundable, except in the cases expressly provided for in this policy.
Last-Minute Reservations
Reservations made 48 hours or less before the start of the experience are non-refundable, even if the cancellation is requested within the first 24 hours after booking.
No-Show
If you do not show up on the day of the experience (no-show), no refund will be issued.
Cancellations Due to Weather or Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If weather conditions or any other event beyond our control prevent the experience from starting, you will receive a refund, less any applicable fees for bank transfers and currency conversion.
If the experience has already started and must be interrupted due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control, a partial refund will be issued, based on the services that were actually provided.
Additional Services
Services booked through third parties, including hotels, flights, tickets, insurance, activities, and any other external services, are subject to the cancellation policies of each individual provider.
Minimum number of travelers
Not applicable, we manage the availability of our tours in real time.
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience (or add or remove participants) within 24 hours of booking and up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the experience. (Subject to availability)
If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
