We have balloons with capacity for 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 people, the assigned balloon will depend on the reservation logistics of the day, the type of experience and number of places you have booked (shared or private flight).
If you book the option with transportation, we will pick you up at approximately 5:15 am (depending on the location of your accommodation) and if you wish to arrive on your own to our meeting point in Teotihuacán, the appointment will be at 5:50 am.
We recommend checking availability at least 8 hours in advance because all our experiences are subject to availability, so that we can respond to you and organize your experience.
We recommend that you wear comfortable and warm clothing, which you can leave in the lockers located in our facilities. When boarding the balloon, wear light clothing and we suggest wearing sunglasses and a cap or hat, due to the heat given off by the burners.

As long as your accommodation is within our service area, we will pick you up there. Otherwise, we will meet at an agreed meeting point. Accommodations in the areas of Condesa, Roma Norte, Polanco, Reforma and Centro Historico are included.

All cancellations will generate an administrative fee of 15% of the total value of the contracted services.
You can cancel and get a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase (except for last-minute bookings), and at least 7 days before the start date of the experience.
If you do not show up on the day of the experience, there will be no refund.
Cancellation due to weather
If weather or another event beyond our control prevents us from carrying out the activities before the start of the experience, we will cancel and you will receive a full refund, considering only the discount for transfer and currency exchange fees.
If weather or another event beyond our control prevents us from continuing with the experience activities, a partial refund will be given based on the services provided up to that point.
Cancellations due to minimum number of travelers.

You can reschedule the date or time of your experience (or add or remove participants) within 24 hours of booking and up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the experience. (Subject to availability)
If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
