Important Information
• For guest pickups at Mexico City International Airport (Benito Juárez International Airport), a designated meeting point will be provided in advance where guests will be able to board their assigned transportation unit (Exact pickup details will be confirmed prior to the event).
• Please provide contact information for each group member. This allows our team to contact guests in case of flight delays, difficulty locating the meeting point, or any other arrival-related inconvenience.
• Additional stops, route changes, or overtime may generate extra charges and must be requested in advance to confirm availability and pricing.
• Guests who do not show up will not qualify for transportation refunds.
• Estimated travel time is approximately 4 hours depending on traffic.
• Guests are welcome to bring personal items, snacks, Non-alcoholic beverages, or any travel essentials for their comfort during the journey.
• Changes to the final passenger count cannot be guaranteed last minute. If additional seats or transportation adjustments are required, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to confirm availability.
• One stop will be made during the trip for restroom access and refreshments at a location considered safe and appropriate by the driver.
•Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Drivers are required to inspect the transportation unit once passengers have left the vehicle. Any forgotten items found inside the vehicle will be returned to their owner as soon as reasonably possible.
However, we are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or unattended personal belongings.
